Maybe 2026 will be the year of ME.
ME who can be the barrier to myself.
ME who can prevent me from speaking kindly to myself
ME whose needs are not expressed clearly or not expressed at all.
ME whose consistency is going back to what my nervous system is familiar with.
ME … YOU … one step closer to regulation, knowing more about myself, understanding behaviour that is familiar amd why in order to make sense of each part of me.
Listening to the inner voice that whispers wisdom but is often unheard, suppressed.
To ME/YOU, we are not where we used to be. We are in a better, more knowing place. Place of our own wise self that we call home.

Wishing US the knowledge and wisdom of US … the inner knowing, tiny whispers of wise self being there for us, listening well to those whispers that distinguish what’s right amd what’s wrong for us or who belongs to us who doesn’t.

How hard is it to be a woman?
Pretty hard, I would say. There is still a stigma about women and expectations that continue to put pressure on females.

It’s all about alignment.
So many times, we search for something that does not fit and yet, we avoid the not fitting side of things, we persevere and put all our energy, effort, time and others to the wrong partner.

Choosing what aligns with you starts with your own work, knowing yourself. I am a strong believer of people heal in a relationship with another amd yet, working on your own self awareness and reflection of your past behaviour, will add to the relationship that you’re creating.

Let’s put the wisdom into practice. The wisdom we gain with age, self knowledge and past experiences.

Beautiful people, loved ones, people who don't like Christmas and those who cherish it, people who are alone and feeling sadness and people who love Christmas ....

I hope, Christmas is time of joy and love and togetherness but for some, it can be lonely, sad, hurtful, painful, feeling the loss of a loved one. I for the first time, will feel love and sadness at the same time. First Christmas without my dad wishing me 'merry Christmas'. His loss is with me, heart aching and loving at the same time as I love Christmas time. So did my dad and in his honour and kindness, I will honour Christmas time and feel the loss of his presence.
So, feel what you feel and embrace your tears and love lost as the relationship stayed.🤍💚🤍💚
