Reviews:
“I’ve been doing tai chi with Julie since September. She’s an excellent teacher very patient and kind, she is happy to stop and explain the moves. My life has been very stressful and the tai chi classes have helped me relax. The breath work is so beneficial in calming the system down. The atmosphere in the class is so lovely. You learn at your own pace, not rushed at all. I would highly recommend the class it’s fantastic.” (Sara)
“I'm still a newbie but have found no matter what you do it is progress, no matter how big or small and it really does something for me personally…The group energy is amazing and very supportive, I have found its not a race and no one is worried about anyone's level, it's just a great experience.”

“I tried T’ai chi for the first time a few months ago with Julie and I love it! Very calming and relaxing as I focus so hard on what I’m doing I forget everything else. Julie is so knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended!” (Nadia)
I would like to share my wonderful experience with the Tai Chi group. The atmosphere is truly special – from the moment you walk into the room, you can feel the positive energy and calmness flowing from everyone. Julie is an exceptional instructor – warm, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the conversations we have during the sessions, where she explains the deeper meaning and philosophy behind Tai Chi. It makes every class not only enjoyable, but also enriching on a personal level. The group itself is simply amazing – supportive, kind and uplifting. I always leave the session feeling lighter, calmer and full of good energy. Thank you, Julie, for creating such a beautiful space and for everything you share with us. (Sylwia)
“I joined Julie’s T’ai Chi sessions on Zoom during the Covid Pandemic. We now still use Zoom but also meet in Leavesden Green. I’m in my late 70s and find the gentle movement so beneficial for my joints and is mind calming. We have a very friendly atmosphere and Julie is so welcoming, patient and knowledgeable” (Wendy)
