Wendy Crampton is a fully qualified and highly experienced Colon Hydrotherapist, registered and insured in accordance with the International Association and Register of Integrative Colon Therapists and The General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies. Wendy started Bushey Colonic Hydrotherapy more than 12 years ago and has helped treat more than 9,000 clients from all of walks of life. Many new clients are recommended to Wendy by existing clients, which is a testament to her professional and caring practice. Prior to her years in Colon Hydrotherapy, Wendy practiced for 12 years as a Dental Nurse, Oral Health Educator and Dental Radiographer. Wendy also spent many years teaching Dental Nursing and Oral Health to National Examination standard. Spice up your week with our "Kedgeree with a Kick"! 🌶️🐟 This recipe is cheap, cheerful, and incredibly easy to whip up, making it a perfect weeknight dinner.

It's a flavourful and satisfying meal that combines flaky fish, fluffy rice, and a gentle hint of curry. Plus, it's quick to make!

Quick Stats:
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Serves: 4

Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 300g easy-cook white or brown rice
- 4 eggs
- 200g skinless cod fillet (or po***ck), cut into chunks
- 120g skinless smoked haddock fillet, cut into chunks
- 120g skinless salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 150g frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- A pinch of ground black pepper

Method:
1) Cook the rice in boiling water according to the packet instructions. At the same time, hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
2) While the rice and eggs are cooking, put the chunks of fish into a large frying pan and add a little water. Heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the fish is opaque, then drain.
3) Shell the eggs and cut them into quarters.
4) Drain the cooked rice and add it to the pan with the fish. Stir in the curry powder, peas, and parsley.
5) Heat everything together, stirring gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with black pepper and serve, topped with the quartered eggs.

Looking for a new recipe everyone will love? Say hello to Cheesy Veggie Wedges! 🧀🥕

These tasty wedges are super versatile—perfect cold in lunchboxes or as a snack, and just as delicious served warm with salad or veggies for a light dinner. It’s an easy way to sneak in extra veggies!

Quick Stats:
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
- 100g pasta shapes (or 300g cooked potato, in chunks)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 courgette, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 eggs
- 50g reduced-fat hard cheese, grated
- 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Method:
1) Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10–12 mins until just tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2) In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil. Gently cook the onion for 3–4 mins. Remove from heat.
3) Add the grated courgette, carrot, and cooked pasta to the pan. Mix well.
4) In a bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in cheese, dried herbs, and pepper.
5) Pour the egg mixture into the pan with veggies and pasta. Cook over low heat for 4–5 mins (don’t stir) to set the base. Preheat your grill to medium-high.
6) Put the frying pan under the grill and cook for 4–5 mins until the top is golden and set.
7) Let cool for a minute, then cut into 4 wedges. Serve warm with salad, or chill and pop into a lunchbox!

Start your day the right way with these delicious and healthy breakfast muffins!

Packed with apple, blueberry, banana, and seeds, they're the perfect grab-and-go option for busy mornings. They are low in calories and naturally sweetened with honey.

Ingredients:
👉2 large eggs
👉150ml pot natural low-fat yogurt
👉50ml rapeseed oil
👉100g apple sauce
👉1 ripe banana, mashed
👉4 tbsp honey
👉1 tsp vanilla extract
👉200g wholemeal flour
👉50g rolled oats (plus extra for sprinkling)
👉1 ½ tsp baking powder
👉1 ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
👉1 ½ tsp cinnamon
👉100g blueberries
👉2 tbsp mixed seeds

Method:
✅Heat your oven to 180C/160C fan and line a 12-hole muffin tray.
✅In a jug, mix all the wet ingredients: eggs, yogurt, oil, apple sauce, banana, honey, and vanilla.
✅In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, oats, baking powder, bicarb, cinnamon, and blueberries.
✅Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix briefly to form a smooth batter.
✅Spoon the batter into the cases, sprinkle with extra oats and seeds, and bake for 25-30 mins until a skewer comes out clean.

Bake a batch this weekend for an easy start to the week!
