🎄 Christmas is just around the corner 🎄
The festive season is meant to be enjoyed — good food, good drinks, good people. And yes… that’s absolutely OK.
But here’s my advice 👇🏼
Don’t press pause on training for the whole of December.
Enjoy Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve + Day — fully, guilt-free.
Every other day? Get back to it. Train. Move. Sweat.
You don’t lose progress from enjoying a few special days.
You lose momentum by switching off completely.
Stay consistent. Stay moving.
Start January feeling strong — not like you’re starting from scratch.
