The catch is, that you MUST complete an entire section before your partner can go. So, it’s “you go, I go” with an ascending rep scheme!

7 Cals CV
4 Burpees
6 Push Jerks
8 Cals CV
5 Burpees
7 Push Jerks
9 Cals CV
6 Burpees
8 Push Jerks
10 Cals CV... And so on.... Keep adding 1 more rep to each movement until the clock hits 35min.
Mens - RX 50kg - Inter/Scaled 40kg
Women - RX 40kg - Inter/ Scaled 30kg

Time CAP: 40min.
Feel free to scale those weights down as needed! I just thought it would be fun to build to some heavy cleans with your partner today. The energy is so high on these team workouts, that I just thought it was fitting :)
If you do scale, consider making similar jumps, but just starting at a lighter weight.
Option 2 today for you more advanced athletes, is a Sn**ch instead of a clean.
