🎄 Christmas is just around the corner 🎄
The festive season is meant to be enjoyed — good food, good drinks, good people. And yes… that’s absolutely OK.
But here’s my advice 👇🏼
Don’t press pause on training for the whole of December.
Enjoy Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve + Day — fully, guilt-free.
Every other day? Get back to it. Train. Move. Sweat.
You don’t lose progress from enjoying a few special days.
You lose momentum by switching off completely.
Stay consistent. Stay moving.
Start January feeling strong — not like you’re starting from scratch.

Training together builds consistency.
When you train with others:
• You push harder without realising
• You show up on days you’d normally skip
• You move better, learn faster, and progress further
That extra rep?
That faster time?
That confidence under the bar?

We pushed hard today for a cause that matters đź’™

Movember in the UK is about raising awareness of male su***de

• Su***de is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK.
• 3 out of 4 su***des are by men.
• Most men who die by su***de have never reached out for support.
• Movember works to fund programmes that help men talk earlier, get support sooner, and feel less alone.

Today’s workout was a reminder:
Check on your mates.
Ask twice.
Make space for real conversations.
You never know who needs it.
