A common concern I hear from new clients is that ‘it’s going to hurt’. I can’t lie, I often say “no pain, no gain”. However I describe it as GOOD pain. I will always communicate with my client regarding the pressure they can tolerate and it is my job to reach that sweet spot where there may be discomfort but you can feel the release of tension in the muscles. It is not brute force it is applied targeted pressure which will ultimately help reduce muscular pain, and improve movement, supplety and flexibility. 💪🏼😀
