🌟Spotlight on Shevon 🌟
Shevon is a dream client, she does everything I programme for her and never complains.
I started programming strength and conditioning sessions about 6 months ago as Shevon had no structure to her open gym sessions and had weaknesses in her core strength and was getting injured
The last 6 months haven't all been smooth sailing.
After getting off to a great start a lingering shoulder injury plagued progress.
We adapted and after a good bit of rest (compared to usual activity) at the end of 2025 we have gone into 2026 with consistent training, zero injuries and much improved confidence.
The sessions are not only improving Shevons strength, they are making her more resilient to injury and plugging gaps she never knew were there. Building muscles that support her lifts, help with her gymnastics and create power when she needs it most!
We are also working on her relationship with food - something which has been a bit of a sticking point but I can honestly say her mindset towards food has changed this year. She can enjoy what she wants without feeling guilty while also dropping a dress size and supporting her training goals.
Best of all I get messages every week saying how much she's enjoying moving!
