Neck Pain? It could be a result of forward head syndrome…
When you look at your posture from the side your ear should line up directly over the shoulder. Every inch forward equates to an extra 10 lbs of pressure on the neck. 3" = 30Lbs!

Today is National Massage Day! 🙌🏻 😍
With so many of us leading busy, demanding and stressful lives, it’s important to stop and think about your own health and relaxation sometimes.
Health matters more than anything else and it’s more than worth investing a little time and money in looking after your body with a regular massage.
Why not treat yourself and take some time to relax? It’s the least you can do for your body.

Boris says I can reopen!! FINALLY!!
So my first day in salon will be Monday 19th April,over the next couple of days I will be working my way down my reservations list of everyone who has asked and waited patiently for an appointment (there are a few!).
If I haven’t messaged you to get you in the diary by Thursday please feel free to jog my memory. I can’t wait to start treatments again,I’ve missed you all! xx

Boris is all set to make his announcement on Monday and say Yay or Nay to the beauty and close contact industry reopening from Monday 12th April 🤞
I have been keeping a list of everyone to contact for appointments and as soon as I know I can definitely reopen I will be messaging you all to get you in the diary 🙌🏻
The first open day (potentially) will be Monday 19th April. Look out for messages next Week if the man from Downing Street says yes! (Only people of a certain age will get that reference 😂)X

Boris has finally made the decision to set us all free in the near future!! He has set out a tentative plan where he hopes we can go back to work from the 12th April! 🥳

As this date is subject to change and let’s face it he’s been known to pull the rug from under us at the last minute before (and the 12th is my birthday) I have decided to not open my diary until closer to the time. I don’t want to have to cancel all of your appointments and let you all down if he moves the date again.

As soon as I feel that Bo-Jo is sticking to his guns this time around (hopefully by mid March) my diary will be open and I will be messaging all of you lovely lot on my list to get booked in!!

Stay safe and healthy-the end to this craziness is in sight! Xx

Fingers crossed we get some long awaited good news from Boris next week and I’ll be able to see you all again soon.
