So our 10 weeks to Tough Mudder Midlands training camp kicked off Tuesday but there are still a couple of spaces available to join us and it's not to late!

👍Never done fitness before? No problem.

👍Took part in studio classes but want to get outdoors? Perfect.

👍Fancy teaming up with fitness professionals and other like minded people? Great.

⏰Times for training are Tuesday's and Thursdays 6pm till 7pm, Sunday's 9am (muddy trail run).⏰

Included is access to our private Facebook group filled with motivation and tips, contact with two personal trainers and nutritional guidance, aswell as a professionally designed training program.

Training takes place at Sandwell Valley. 🏞

We don't just turn up and do random exercises, we have programmed the 10 weeks from start to finish to work on specific areas of fitness over the training period.

In all seriousness though, peoples perception of protein can sometimes be quiet far from the truth.

"It's only for bodybuilders to get huge!"

Well the above is correct and incorrect, does it help a bodybuilder build muscle? YES, is it exclusively for bodybuilders? NO.

Proteins are used in the body as building blocks to build and maintain lean muscle tissue. Lean muscle tissue is what gives you a "toned" look.

"No I don't want to get bulky like a bodybuilder"

Oh so you don't want visible abs? Tighter arms and thighs? Less 'wobbly bits'? Because that is what lifting weights and eating more protein gets you! In regards to females and protein please don't be afraid of getting "bulky". You don't have a high enough amount of testosterone to get "bulky".

Being an Alpha is choosing to be the best you, to not only avoid the negative traits within yourself but being able to move on when they appear every now and then and understand that you haven't failed and to get back to the fitness grind.
