I went to see Amanda yesterday feeling very low and in need of some TLC. I went for a cuppa and a catch up but Amanda could see I would benefit from some treatment. I was tense and stressed so Reiki was on the cards. I was in a mindset that there was no way I would relax and I wasn’t prepared for how I was about to feel.

I felt free, I felt calm, I was not stressed, I listened and did what was asked of me; I was silent for the longest time ever because I was in such a good place and felt the same after the treatment.

I had a good day today, the first one all week; so I would recommend this to anyone who needs some ‘me’ time ♥️
