All massages can be tailored to work within your Oncology Treatment Plan. Facials will also be available in the coming months so watch this space!

Tranquility Lodge Therapy provides treatments for ladies only including massages and as an Ambassador for Tropic Skincare, offer facials using nature derived, vegan and organic products, tailored to your individual skin needs and concerns. Tranquility Lodge Therapy has relaunced and I am now able to provide more treatments, including being able to offer something if you have been diagnosed with cancer and undergoing treatment, or if you have completed your treatment. Massage is used by people for a variety of reasons. Some use it to simply relax and unwind, while others have regular massage appointments to help them manage or cope with specific physical, mental or emotional problems. Many aspiring and professional athletes have massages before and after training and competing, in order to stay in optimum condition and aid recovery. I believe that everyone should be able to receive treatment and so I have now qualified as a Oncology Massage Therapist to be able to treat clients who have previously had a cancer diagnosis or are currently going through Cancer Treatment. Contact me for more information. Massage should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice. New clients will be required to complete a consultation form before treatment can go ahead - this is to determine if the treatment is correct for you, highlight any areas that require treatment and any medical conditions that the therapist needs to be aware of (some medical conditions may mean that you will require a Doctors consent letter before treatment can go ahead). Returning clients will need to confirm with the therapist that nothing has changed since last treatment and complete a new consultation form if you haven't received treatment since 2023. It really does “do what it says on the tin”!

What can I say about this ingredient!? Other than it has been used by Polynesians for centuries because of its amazing healing properties! It has been clinically proven to speed up skin regeneration (see video) and has been shown to help ease the symptoms and discomfort of skin concerns like eczema and psoriasis.

It’s March so hello 👋 to Spring 🌷

Our garden has really changed in the last week and the cherry tree blossom 🌸 is definitely a favourite of the bumblebee 🐝 this week. Anyone else have an influx of ladybirds 🐞 this week? I thought we had a lot and then went out with my neighbour last night and we had to be careful not to squash them when opening/closing the gate 😱
