At current time with covi-19 locked down period you can do so many exercises in indoor and in your garden.
Such as yoga 🧘🏼♂️🧘♀️and simple stretches for example :
stretching your arms up pointing to sky 🙆🏻♀️ and then bending sides to side, forward bend and back bend in repetition of 5 rounds, this will reduce the tension in your back.
Some exercise you can do at home for cardio and Calorie burning and to increase respiratory system.
Squatting 🏋️♀️ pretending to lift weight, this will strengthen the muscles that are surrounding your thighs and knees again repeat 5 times.
Going up and down the staircase 5 or 10 times.
Jogging on one spot 🏃🏻♀️or jumping into star shape.
In your garden walking 🚶🏻♂️around or jogging 🏃🏻♀️in garden.
Skipping 20 minutes with skipping rope if you don’t have skipping rope the improvise with cable that has been sitting in your storage place.
Doing some sit-ups repeat 10 to 20 times
Sitting on stool or on floor and Pretending to raw a boat 🚣🏻♀️ rocking back and forward ( stretch your arms straight A’s you rock forward and bring then down to your sides as you rock back) repeat the 10 or 20 times.
Do some face yoga exercise like a happy face, for example:
Pretend smiling and holding the smile 😊 for the count of 20 seconds and repeat it 4 times.
Do same with the smile with teeth 😁showing hold for court to 20 seconds and repeat for 4 times.
Next do a smile with showing your upper teeth 😃and tongue 👅 sticking out and rolling from side to side 🤪 do the 10 times.
Last one for the throat and vocal.
Sticking your tongue 👅 out and breathing in and out like lion panting.
This exercise will reduce the aging lines and it’s fun for adult and children and it’s auto laughter stimulation.
All of these exercises can be done by adults and children.
