We are extremely pleased to announce that we have been awarded the next stage and received the Disability Confident Employer certificate!

As a Disability Confident Employer we:
👉 have undertaken and successfully completed the Disability Confident self assessment
👉 are taking all of the core actions to be a Disability Confident employer
👉 are offering at least one activity to get the right people for our business and at least one activity to keep and develop our people.

Watch this space as we have more internal discussions to achieve level 3!

Covid-19 vaccine: You must have taken your vaccine, or be willing to be vaccinated. This is a stipulation by our councils.
Location: You must live within a commutable distance from our office (DA16 2PL) and be willing to use public transport or your own transport to visit our service users (customers) homes.

We provide practical support with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, domestic services and companionship, to allow people to live independently and remain in their own homes.
Previous experience is not required as full training and support will be given.
Successful candidates are compassionate, caring, patient, resilient and love interacting and chatting with others.

Duties:
· Promoting independence, dignity, and choice through hands-on care for our clients.
· Personal care which may include washing, bathing, showering, toileting etc.
· Assisting clients with morning, afternoon, and bedtime routines.
· Preparing or assisting with meal and drink preparation.
· Light household tasks - dusting, laundry, washing up and vacuuming.
· Shopping and collecting prescriptions.
· Maintaining records of your daily activities.

Essential:
· Right to work in the UK
· Live locally within the area.
