Day 8 of our 12 days of Fitmas and we had a plank and wall squat challenge alongside sharing our favourite products and Healthy protein dinners & snacks x
This was happening at 8.00 am this morning at 👀
smashing a perfect 1 minute plank 🔥
1.30 Plank for
2.20 plank for 🏆
Wall squats 2 minutes for Shell this was after a 7k run 👏
2 minutes 10 seconds for Sam 👊👊
