Massage therapy is fantastic for the physical body and is why alot of people book a massage to help with aches and pains and muscle fatigue or to improve posture and flexibility. Improving blood circulation and helping relieve pain.
But let's look at the amazing mental health benefits of regular massage and there are loads. Infact more and more people are enjoying the fantastic mental benefits of massage therapy treatments as the stress & anxiety melts away with regular Massage.

What do we really need in life to be truly happy ? Certainly not more stuff. Using the earth's resources to feed mass human consumption is crazy.
Take a moment to think about Aparigraha.
After all what we possess possesses us in the end. Happiness comes from within and letting go of the material world. Health, happiness and yoga is the answer not the next new buy.
