It’s Friday……. which means Chocolate!

Thank you to the lovely Keri Williams for treating us when she came in on Wednesday.
Janine has given chocolate up for Lent and hasn’t given in…..yet!

A very belated chocolate Friday post (it’s now Saturday!!!) but we would like to thank Luisa, Danny and Natalie for their generosity with our wonderful goodies.
We didn’t get a chance to post a thank you last week and today Janine and Jeremy have been helping their son and daughter-in-law move house.

I hope you all had a ‘Chocolate Friday’

Janine has now given up chocolate for Lent 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.
The question is……will she last until Easter! Watch this space.

Tuesday evening was spent working at the lovely Claridges again.

After receiving a phone call earlier today following a 'No Show' and the client saying that didn't know about Fountains cancellation/no show policy we would like to remind everyone that the policy is on email confirmations when you book appointments, it is also stated on the reschedules, cancellations and no show emails.

The emails state 48 hours notice but we do accept cancellations up to 24 hours before without charge.

The contact/enquiry form on the website also states the 24 hour cancellation policy.

If we are not informed of a cancellation and we have a 'no show' we will charge 50% towards the cost of the appointment as we cannot fill a slot at such short notice.

We do understand family emergencies, accidents and traffic hold ups all cause issues and we do accommodate these instances at the individual therapist's discretion.

We thank you for your co-operation in this matter.

And just like that Fountains is officially closed for Christmas!

We will be open on Tuesday 30th December as Charlotte, our hairdresser will be working that day.
Fountains will then reopen on Friday 2nd January 2026 🎉

We would like to thank each and every one of our clients, for their continued support. You mean the world to us and without you all, we wouldn’t be Fountains!

Also a huge thank you for all of our lovely gifts too (we are being very patient and they are under the tree ready for the big day 🎄)

🎄 CHRISTMAS VOUCHERS 🎄

For any last minute voucher orders, we will be at work (tomorrow) Tuesday 23rd December between the hours of 12.30-4pm.

We are also able to able to get vouchers ready prior to this, for collection tomorrow!!

'From Rock Bottom' was an incredible journey for all the cyclists and support crew!!

We are very grateful to have been included in that journey by supporting (quite literally) every mile along the way!!

Back in September, we shared daily videos to update and share our journey with you all.

Today we are able to share the final video!!
It is powerful, emotional and shares the true testiment as to why this charity deserves to be put on the map!
