As this year closes, so does a chapter of my business and my life.

This year humbled me, stretched me, and revealed things in people I can’t unsee. There were moments I walked quietly when I should have stood taller, but I trusted I was being held. My children and my clients carried me forward, even on the hardest days.

To my clients: you were never just clients. You became kindred souls, safe spaces, and unexpected blessings. Together we held space for grief and joy—loss and healing, endings and new beginnings. These shared moments changed me in ways I’ll always carry.

Now I’m honoring the pause. The next few weeks are for rest, reflection, and realignment—releasing what no longer serves me and trusting what’s being prepared next.

A special thank you to my only daughter, the youngest of my gang—my ride or die. I truly couldn’t have done this without you.

And as for what’s next—if you know me, you know I don’t do halfway. I either go home or I go big, and 2026 will be built with intention, courage, and faith.

Our , Ebonie has been unwell and is currently receiving care in hospital. It’s been a long night for our family, so we’re taking things moment by moment and with care.

As a result, the clinic will be **closed today**. I’ll be contacting everyone this morning to reschedule appointments and answer any questions you may have.
