What to expect

Before meeting a brief consultation will be taken over the phone or if preferred via email. Each person is different and the treatment is tailor made for you, therefore it is good to get an idea before meeting any problems that need addressing. It also means we can spend more time addressing the issue on meeting. On meeting we will follow up the consultation addressing the problem at hand. This may not be necessary if all was covered over the phone. People come to me for many reasons so the treatment will vary depending on your needs and how often treatment needs to be carried out. As above. I treat both styles of massage holistically. Lifestyle, diet, routines and posture will all be considered and help adapt the treatment for you. NUTRITION

What to expect

Before the initial consultation I will ask you to complete a questionaire and a 3 or 7 day food diary. This will enable me to have a greater understanding of you current situation before we meet. During our first meeting we will discuss this in greater depth and work together to develop a personalised and effective nutritional and lifestyle programme. From this you should expect tailored advice that will include diet, lifestyle, techniques and possible purposeful supplementation. I look forward to working and learning with you. Each step we take will bring us closer towards our full potential. I find it so exciting to know that ultimately we have the potential to heal our self. I look forward to meeting you!

I hope you are all well and keeping up good spirits during this strange time. As some of you know I was due to start at Nurture by nature in Wellington Saturday just gone. This did not go ahead for obvious reasons. For now I will not be practicing massage until circumstances change.

When we have got through this I hope I can touch some of you and relieve some stress.
