Itβs time π«
When itβs time, I truly believe our gut and instinct are the best indicators.
You can write cons and pros, analyse to your hearts content but for me to comes down to my gut feeling. The intuition that your decision is the right one at that time.
That is why I can write this with 100 per cent certainty that at this point in time I have decided that the time has come where I will be hanging up my teaching hat and no longer be teaching weekly classes.
I will still be collaborating with for a one off event in July and going ahead with our September retreat this year, however Thursday 30th June will be my last class at West Buckland Village hall.
And this my last social media post.
I can confidently say that since beginning my teaching here in Somerset almost 7 years ago I consider my business and what I have achieved a success. I donβt say that with ego attached, I say that with happiness, contentment and gratitude for all I have achieved being a mum running a business in a county where I just moved to knowing only 2 people, becoming pregnant with my 2nd months into our Somerset journey, my other daughter being diagnosed with type 1 soon after that and latest of all a pandemic. I won an award for best yoga teacher in Somerset and also as a finalist in that category another time which was all down to your support.
I have such huge gratitude for everyone who has attended a class, workshop or retreat of mine. I truly feel so much gratitude that I donβt think I can adequately put it into words especially to those who have been a supporter of mine since I moved here attending class each week.
To be a part in someoneβs yoga journey has been a true privilege.
Will I never teach again? Never say never but for now itβs the right thing for me to do for me and my family.
So this is me signing off and no doubt I will see some of you again π
