Tired of the same old yoga routine? 🧘‍♂️
If you’re looking for something that doesn’t take itself too seriously — but still leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed — we’ve got just the thing to liven up your Tuesday nights.

We’re thrilled to welcome Adam’s Tuesday night classes back — starting next week!

✨ 6PM – Foundational Flow
✨ 7PM – Flow

These are two separate classes, and we recommend choosing just one — so you can fully enjoy the experience without overdoing it.

💛 Foundational Flow (6PM) is ideal for beginners or anyone after a slower, softer, more intentional practice. With thoughtful guidance, breath awareness, and time to explore each pose, this class is all about moving mindfully and gently.

🔥 Flow (7PM) is a stronger vinyasa-style class — with creative sequencing, more dynamic movement, and just the right amount of challenge. Perfect for experienced practitioners or anyone wanting to build strength while staying connected to breath and alignment.

Adam brings a fresh, down-to-earth energy to every class. His teaching balances effort with ease, curiosity with clarity, and always includes a bit of fun along the way.

Bored of the same old yoga routine? 🧘‍♂️

Looking for something that doesn’t take itself too seriously — but still leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed?

We’re so happy to say that Adam’s Tuesday night classes are BACK — starting next week!

✨ 6PM – Foundational Flow
✨ 7PM – Flow

These are two separate classes, and we recommend choosing one — not both — so you can fully enjoy the practice without overdoing it.

💛 Foundational Flow (6PM) is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower, softer, and more intentional practice. Expect plenty of guidance, space to explore, and time to connect with your breath.

🔥 Flow (7PM) is a stronger vinyasa-style class with creative sequencing, more movement, and a little more intensity — great if you’re after that satisfying post-yoga glow.

Adam’s approach is all about balance — strength without strain, awareness without pressure, and always a little room for fun. His classes are a breath of fresh air, whether you’re new to the mat or have been practicing for years.

I used to have a friend who proudly said, “I work better under stress.”
And I used to believe I was the same way. 😅

I mean — pressure = productivity, right? It felt like stress gave me focus, energy, drive. And in small doses, it actually can. Our bodies are wired to handle short bursts of stress — it sharpens us, helps us respond, and can even boost performance.

But here’s the thing I’ve learned: not all stress is created equal.

When that “short burst” becomes a daily baseline, our bodies never really get to reset. Cortisol stays high, sleep gets worse, focus dips, moods swing, energy crashes. Over time, that kind of chronic stress doesn’t make us better — it burns us out. 🫠

Now I’m learning to ask myself: Do I actually thrive under pressure? Or have I just adapted to surviving it?

Gentle reminder — you don’t have to earn your rest by burning out first. 💛

✨Last night was pure magic ✨

Our very first Monthly Yoga Nidra Meditation was everything I’d hoped for and more. The space, the energy, the people… all of it felt so special. Two beautiful souls even joined the Yin Yang class beforehand to prepare their bodies and minds — I mean, wow 💛

I made cacao to share, and it created the loveliest grounding start to the evening. The feedback I’ve received has truly touched my heart — and a few of you even booked in for the next one on the spot 🥹

This is exactly why I do this. Why this studio exists. To hold space for rest, reconnection, and community. I feel so, so blessed 🙏

Can’t wait for the next one. 🌙✨

To celebrate the return of our complimentary energy balls here is a recipe to align with Autumn nutritiously.

Here’s how to make them:

🟠 1 cup soft Medjool dates (pitted)

🟠 ½ cup walnuts or almonds

🟠 2 tbsp tahini or almond butter

🟠 1 tsp ground cinnamon

🟠 ½ tsp ground ginger

🟠 Pinch of sea salt

🌟 Optional: roll in shredded coconut or chia for extra texture

💫 Blend until sticky, roll into balls, chill for 20 mins (if you can wait!).

Perfect for:

🧘‍♀️ After yoga
🍂 A mindful snack that feels like a hug
