SLOOWWWW COOKER MOUSAKKA!!!
Oh well make anything work here 🙂

I even managed to get everyone to eat Aubergine 😂😂😂 it’s sooooo tasty.

Chopped onion, carrots, garlic, aubergine, celery cooked for 5 mins.

Add mince 5%, sprinkle of vecon, chicken stock cube, tomato purée, oregano, cinnamon and tiny bit of nutmeg. Sliced potato.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Add melted town tub x1 of seriously strong light spread. Add 100g of Tesco 50% reduced fat cheese. Lid back on for 20 mins. Voillaaaaa

Serves 5 good portions maybe more …….
