What is Baby Reflexology and what are the benefits?
Baby reflexology is a gentle and non-invasive therapy, which involves applying light pressure to specific points on a baby’s feet or hands which are connected to different organs and systems in the body. There are so many benefits which promote general health and wellbeing, including aiding with common childhood ailments like reflux, congestion, colic, constipation, trapped wind, teething as well as promoting sleep, encouraging good circulation and allowing parent/carer and baby to bond.
