19:45 men’s yoga
All with me- my theme in class is very spring based, lots of grounding, balancing and strength building in all of the ways- getting those foundations ready for the coming months. Nurturing those seeds whatever they may be.
Tuesday
9:30 Gentle Mat Based Pilates
17:45 Pilates Fundamentals Plus
18:50 Pilates Fundamentals (slightly gentler) with Gitte 📣 we have 2 fully funded spaces on this class for approx 10 weeks 📣- you will need to speak to Gitte Spiral Pilates to arrange this as she will need to assess suitability for this class.
Wednesday
11-12:30FREE FULLY FUNDED COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS with refreshments (please book via gym catch)
Thursday
9:30 pelvic floor and core focused Pilates with Gitte
12:45 Pilates Equipment REHAB class (small group setting 2-3 people) with Gitte
17:45 pre natal yoga with Em Yoga with Yoga Yoga with Emasana
18:50 gentle Yoga with Ania Udalowska
Friday
9;30 Restorative Yoga
10:30 vin/yin with (Ania is covering this week)
We may soon be back outside for Saturday yoga 🥰
