Hello!
Thanks to everyone who came to our open day/birthday celebration yesterday, myself and the other practitioners had a really lovely day meeting and chatting to you all.
So we’re in half term but the fun hasn’t stopped 😉
Today we have classes with me:
17:45 hatha yoga (beginner friendly)
18:45 yin (super chill, meditative, restful)
19:45 men’s (mixture of both)

Tuesday
9:30 - gentle Pilates
10:30 onwards 1:1 physio-led Pilates
17:45 - Fundamentals
18:50 - Fundamentals with Gitte Spiral Pilates
Wednesday
11-12:30 our free community yoga class followed by refreshments (this class is fully funded by Somerset Community Foundation and will run for the next 10 weeks) just a really informal way to practice and connect with others.
18:00 Hannah is here with her breathwork session which I cannot wait to go to!
Thursday
17:30 pre natal yoga with Em Yoga with Emasana
18:50 gentle yoga with Ania Udalowska
Friday:
9:30 restorative yoga (a bit like yin but not held for so long)
10:30 vin/yin yoga social with me (movement then stillness)
12:45 rehab circuit class plus 1:1 physio-led Pilates with Gitte
I’ve probably forgotten something…
