Unwins Independent Funeral Directors are a genuine family run business and have been now for over 25 years. We are exceptionally proud of the reputation we have built for ourselves through our hard work and dedication and this will never change.
As the only funeral directors in Wells I would like to absolutely reassure our clients, past, present and anyone else that may choose us to look after their loved one in the future that we are not part of any group, we are not known by any other name and we certainly do not have any affiliation to any other funeral directors that claim to be Wells based.
As always if anyone is unsure about anything or wants any advice anytime we are here 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

To be a SAIF member funeral directors have to be of an exceptionally high standard in every aspect of their work. Always look for the SAIF logo when choosing your funeral director to make sure your loved ones are looked after as you would want them to be.

After the deeply distressing reports about Legacy Funeral Directors in Hull we are sure that the public are feeling greatly concerned.
In light of this we would urge families to use a funeral director such as ourselves who are a member of SAIF. We are required to adhere to a strict code of practice which includes care of the deceased, the return of ashes and invoicing, and our businesses are inspected on a regular basis to ensure we uphold those standards.

From 02 March - 16 March we’ll be posting remembrance candles as a special token to those who can’t be with us this Mother’s Day.
