Welcoming Esther Lewis-Smith to our Centre offering the Bowen Technique which we are delighted to introduce to Wells! Esther runs a successful clinic in Bath and we are looking forward to working with Esther as she expands her practice to Wells. She was previously a professional dancer, teacher and movement specialist for 15 years and throughout her career as a dancer she developed a deep interest in physical therapy, anatomy and physiology and her subsequent shift into remedial bodywork and wellbeing felt like a very natural progression for her.
Esther has a special interest in empowering clients with self-help exercises and approaches to use within their daily lives, when needed.
Esther also works in the area of neuro-rehabilitation/brain injury and as a Specialist Mentor with students with disabilities and mental health conditions.
