Today was such fun, every class was filled with laughter, balance challenges on the fitness ball and on the ! We blended hand-eye coordination, standing balance, cognitive challenges, all in one session. 😊. Each day I feel blessed: teaching , sharing, educating & generally having the best job anyone could ever want! Love my clients, love !
