At Morland, we’re proud to support apprenticeships and invest in the next generation of talent. Apprentices play a vital role in our business, bringing fresh energy, dedication, and a real drive to learn and develop.
We’re proud to support our current apprentices Honey Roberts and Dan Booker, and celebrate the achievements of Nikki Welsford, Holly Husbands, and Niamh Forsyth who have successfully completed their Level 3 qualifications.
Honey shared what she enjoys most about her apprenticeship:
"What I enjoy most about my apprenticeship is that I get hands on training in specific aspects of the job. By starting my apprenticeship at Morland I am offered a structured pathway to professional development, combining on the job training with theoretical learning. This approach has allowed me to acquire not only practical skills and industry knowledge but also a foundational understanding of the field. For me an apprenticeship was the best way for me to gain a qualification whilst also gaining practical skills. I am excited to see what the future of my apprenticeship at Morland brings."

Chez MORLAND, nous sommes fiers de soutenir les apprentissages et d'investir dans la prochaine génération de talents. Les apprentis jouent un rôle essentiel dans notre entreprise, apportant énergie, dévouement et une véritable envie d'apprendre et de se développer. Nous sommes fiers de soutenir nos apprentis actuels Honey ROBERTS et Dan BOOKER, et de célébrer les réussites de Nikki WELSFORD, Holly HUSBANDS et Niamh FORSYTH, qui ont brillamment terminé leurs qualifications de niveau 3.
Honey nous partage ici ce qu'elle apprécie le plus dans son apprentissage :
« Ce que j'apprécie le plus dans mon parcours d’apprenti, c'est de bénéficier d'une formation pratique avec les aspects spécifiques du métier. En commençant mon parcours chez MORLAND, il m’est proposé une voie structurée vers le développement professionnel, combinant formation pratique sur le terrain et apprentissage théorique. Cette approche me permet d'acquérir non seulement des compétences et des connaissances dans le secteur, mais aussi une compréhension fondamentale du domaine d’activité. Pour moi, un apprentissage était la meilleure manière d'obtenir une qualification tout en développant des compétences pratiques. Je suis impatiente de voir ce que l'avenir de mon apprentissage chez MORLAND me réserve »
