We ended our Halloween celebrations on a high note with delicious pizzas and a fun trick-or-treat round for our residents! 🎃🍕 Everyone had a fantastic time, and the joy doubled when our friendly paramedics joined in the fun too! It was heartwarming to see so many smiles, laughter, and community spirit all around. A perfect way to wrap up a spook-tacular day filled with treats, togetherness, and Halloween magic! 👻🧡✨

One of our best Halloween celebrations yet at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! 🎃

Our home was transformed with spooky dark-themed decorations that set the perfect mood for the day. The highlight was our incredible entertainer, Jessica, who delivered a spectacular and spooky performance that everyone loved! Residents, staff, families, and our manager all came together for a morning full of music, dance, laughter, and festive spirit. Everyone enjoyed delicious refreshments, snacks, and drinks — even a little beer! 🍻 It was truly a wonderful, fun-filled day where we celebrated togetherness, joy, and the magic of Halloween. 👻🧡✨

Our residents had a spook-tacular time at Heath Lodge Care Centre getting creative with pumpkin carving! 🎃👻 Families also joined in, making it a truly special Morning filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and plenty of smiles as everyone brought their Halloween masterpieces to life. 🪔 Diwali Celebrations at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! ✨🎶

We celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm and joy! Our home was beautifully decorated to capture the vibrant spirit of the Festival of Lights. 🌸✨

Our residents embraced the festivities by draping sarees, enjoying Bollywood music, dancing, and tasting delicious traditional Indian sweets and food. The day was filled with laughter, happiness, and togetherness as everyone came together to share in the festive cheer. 💃🍬💛

We also took time to learn about the meaning and importance of Diwali, making it a truly enriching and joyful experience for all. We’re so grateful to have celebrated as one big Heath Lodge family.

As a special token of love, we gifted each of our residents a Diwali hamper filled with treats and festive joy and their smiles lit up the day even brighter than the diyas! 🪔🎁✨

Our baking club was a huge hit at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! 👩‍🍳🧁

Residents shared their homemade cupcakes and brownies during an afternoon tea party, enjoying the treats they had baked together. Everyone agreed they were absolutely delicious! 💛

Jeanine joked that they were so good we should sell them and said she was proud to be part of the baking. Dorothy, who couldn’t join the baking session, still enjoyed the tasty treats.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with music, laughter, and delicious homemade goodies. 🧁🥮

At Heath Lodge Care Centre , we celebrated with a delightful baking club! 👩‍🍳🧁 Our residents gathered to bake homemade cupcakes and brownies, filling the lounge with sweet aromas and warm memories. Everyone shared their baking stories and tips—Rona fondly recalled how much she used to bake, while Maureen and Pam agreed it brought back lovely memories. The joy, laughter, and anticipation to taste their creations made it a truly heartwarming session. 💛

A big thank you to Julian and Sarah for arranging the programme for our residents at ! 🌿

This uplifting session focused on person-centred physical exercise therapy — designed to boost mood, wellbeing, and overall health. 💪😊

Our skilled and experienced trainer guided residents through gentle, engaging exercises that brought plenty of smiles, movement, and motivation. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying themselves!

We also received some lovely feedback from our residents, who truly appreciated the care and thought behind the session.

After a long time, our residents enjoyed a wonderful day trip to the beautiful Botanic Gardens in Cambridge, a destination they themselves suggested! Surrounded by stunning plants and trees, everyone felt a deep connection with nature.

Pamela and Maureen, both passionate about gardening, were especially delighted, finding joy and peace among the blooms. Carol loved strolling through the gardens, making the day even more special as we celebrated her birthday outdoors. Michael also enjoyed exploring and soaking in the natural beauty.

It was a joyful, refreshing day filled with laughter, nature, and cherished memories. 🌿🌸🎂
