Just like the Moon........a reminder to us all that sometimes taking a step back and even being in the dark can be a shift we need to come back that much brighter and whole......gaining knowledge from the quit and peace from the rest.
Enjoy the beautiful Hunters Full (Super) Moon tonight and have a moment to yourself under it's light, something so special we are all lucky enough to experience.

When someone is closed or taking themselves away be it physically or emotionally…..just remember sometimes all they need is a hug, kindness and understanding. Life can make the biggest of extroverts recoil after tough experiences…..a little care can change a huge amount 🫶

The time of year to start to redress the light and dark of the day and night....warm soups and stews, good books and warm blankets with a cuppa.....as the clocks go back next month we also take a step back, a little more time inside where we can find some quiet and rest from the running around and business of the summer months.
