Chiropractic is like gardening.

Poor posture, car crashes and the slips and trips of life all place an adverse stress on our bodies. Tension builds in our bodies as a result of this stress and the body distorts, or ‘kinks’ to compensate. These kinks - what chiropractors refer to as ‘subluxations’ - interfere with the flow of information between the brain and the body similar to how a kink in a hosepipe will stop water flowing through it.

Plants need tending, sunlight and the right nutrients, but most importantly they need water. A kink in a hosepipe will restrict the flow of water and prevent the plants from being all that they can be. Similarly you need to eat and drink properly and you need the right balance of exercise and rest, but subluxations can interfere with your ability to digest, move and sleep with ease, let alone grow, heal and thrive.

Chiropractic is about addressing your subluxations to restore function, health and mobility so that you can be all that you can be. Are you ready to blossom?
