Classical music before bed…

Did you know studies have shown that listening to classical music lowers body temperature and heart rate and It calms your breathing.

So for a restful night’s sleep and to end your day on a blissful high,
put some classical music on in the background as you get ready for bed.

You do not have to be able to it or have any knowledge of the music at all, just go with the emotion it evokes in you.

Let the music take you to a calmer, more joyfully uplifted place.
If classical isn’t your thing, white noise or rain sounds can also provide a calming aural backdrop.

Is it the sunshine, walking , cycling or sitting reading a book?

Taking time to be in the moment whatever you are doing is a great way to boost your mental well-being.

Some great ways to boost your well-being-

💚Listen to bird song.

💚Take a walk out in the woods.

💚 Walk along a beach being by the sea makes you feel amazing.

💚Sit in a park surrounded by nature and observe everything around you.

💚Talk to a friend keep the connection going.

💚Meet up for a cup of tea in person try new places and find one that you love.

💚Listen to a podcast or an audio book.

💚Practice meditation.

💚Sit and read a book.

💚Go out cycling.

💚Take time out to practice yoga.

💚Take a train journey to the countryside.

💚Watch a comedy show, laughter is amazing for your soul.

💚Play some upbeat music and dance around and move your body.

I love the colours of the Autumn, where the trees shed their leaves preparing to store its energy through the Winter.
Have ever felt you need a change maybe a new hairstyle or a new hair colour, a change of job or a change of lifestyle?
I have noticed that when you stay stuck in a place or a job, instead of having a creative headspace you can feel miserable, resentful, angry and you just stay there sometimes for days, months or even years .

The best way is to draw a line under everything that you are doing right now- create a list of positive sand negatives about where you are right now, what is really making you miserable or making you happy?

If you need to change your job, write a new CV list everything you have done all your skills, celebrate what you can already do! This will make you feel empowered and
You will feel more productive in your search for a new job.

If you need to change your lifestyle start small change can feel uncomfortable.

Do you need to go out and meet more people choose a group to join or join a gym if you need to have more exercise. There are so many different groups you could join,
Look up the things you love and start making a plan , one step at a time….
