If you'd like more information about how to join us in Oswestry please get in touch. I'm running real life groups every Monday morning and evening and every Saturday morning at the Eastern Oswestry Community Centre on Cabin Lane. I'm also running virtual groups on a Wednesday evening and Thursday morning too. Booking in is essential 😘
