Trigger warning - it’s emotional 🥹

I received the loveliest message today and I just had to share it (I have permission to share this anonymously).

‘Thank you so much for the classes - they give me something to look forward to every week. I struggle with depression and anxiety and I’ve been through a lot recently, but coming here gives me a window of happiness every week. I never thought I’d leave the house again, but here I am. I love it. I feel like life is happy again, thanks to these classes.’

Ahhh 😊🥰

To me, it’s just a dance class. It’s something I do for a couple of hours a week. It’s a bit of fun, nothing serious, nothing proper, just silly fun. To other people, I guess it’s so much more. I’ll never underestimate that.

Tuesday Dance Fitters!

A few of you have asked about April payments, so here you go:

The cost per class is going up to £6.

However, I have a week off in April and so there will only be THREE Tuesday classes. You can PAYG £6 per class, or block book all three for £15.

I know some of you have paid £20, I will carry the extra £5 over to May and knock it off what you owe then.
