We were in the Christmas spirit this morning at Glenburnie Lodge. Anne created a Christmas table centre piece with Reka whilst listening to festive songs and the other Anne helped decorate our Christmas tree.

We enjoyed a visit from the Brownies who entertained us with various games. They also give us some beautiful Christmas cards they had made for us, as well as singing some wonderful Christmas carols. Thank you all for a special night.

Today we had our very first clothes market and our ladies and gents enjoyed having a browse, trying things on and making some purchases. That what we call ‘in-house’ retail therapy!

Reka today spent the day visiting our sister home Brockington House, meeting the ladies and gentlemen and seeing and taking part in the activities at the home, including a talk from a representative from Midlands Air Ambulance, a visit from a therapy dog and chair based line dancing.
