✨💪COCO STRENGTH CLASSES 💪✨

Coco Strength classes are NOW LIVE on the timetable starting next week in West Bridgford (Beeston timetable will follow shortly).

We’ve been working super hard designing, testing and programming the Coco Strength classes over the last few months 💛

Led by our team of Trainers & Pilates pros - you’ll use our gorge new 🤩 weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell), mat-work & the reformer for a full body workout designed to build strength (while still having fun 😁)!

The low down:

➡️ Small Group - 8 people per class ✨
➡️ Different class everyday of the week 😮✨
➡️ Full support of your Coco Trainer 🤗✨
➡️ Programmed classes that stay the same for 6 weeks, e.g. Mondays class will be same for 6 weeks, and so on✨
➡️ Multi-level & Beginners classes 🙏
➡️ Use existing memberships & class passes 👏

😅 Expect to work hard, get stronger and have a lot of fun!

Classes starting next week:
🟢 Monday 12.30pm
🟢 Tuesday 9.30am (beginners), 10.30am
🟢 Thursday 5.30pm (beginners), 6.30pm, 7.30pm
