From this week and throughout the Winter months we will be trialing offering a warm lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on a 'donate what you can' basis between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.

If you attend a group in the building at this time we'll be offering you lunch. Anyone else can pop in during this window for a meal.

We have a donation box on the wall in the corridor at the waiting area. If you are able and would like to contribute towards this when visiting you can do so by putting cash in the box. We will also pin a QR code to make a donation online/by card here too.

Staff will be busy in the kitchen/hall meaning they won't know who has/hasn't donated, removing any barrier for those who may need to access meals with no means to pay but still allows an opportunity for those who are able to contribute.

Whether you're in need of a meal, looking for some company or working from home and want out during your break time, we'd love to see you at the Hub for Grub 🍲

Falls Prevention Support in West Lothian

If you’ve had a fall or you’re worried about falling, West Lothian Leisure’s Falls Prevention Physical Activity and Education Programme may be able to help.

This programme offers guidance and activities designed to help you stay steady and confident.

If you’re interested, just speak to your health professional to be referred.

Training opportunities for carers of autistic adults

You told us in our annual survey that you’d like more chances to build confidence and knowledge through training and information sessions, and we’re delighted to respond!

We’re partnering with Pasda to offer five training sessions focused on autism and neurodiversity, specifically for carers of autistic adults.

✨ These sessions will be delivered by Sarah Barratt, an Educational Psychologist and carer of an autistic adult, bringing both professional insight and lived experience.

Each session covers a different topic (see poster for details), and you can register interest in one, some or all of them.

📌 These sessions are designed to help you feel more informed, supported and confident in your caring role.

📣 We’re currently gathering notes of interest. Places will be confirmed closer to the time.
