💪🏼 Isn't it astonishing how we all have this innate ability to wear a mask of strength, even when our world feels like it's crumbling?

We've all been there! Those nights when our pillows soaked up our tears, those days when we put on our bravest face, shielding our loved ones from the storms raging within. It's a silent battle, one that many of us fight behind closed doors, away from prying eyes. Not because we want to, but because we believe it's the best way to protect those we cherish from our pain.

It's the battles we face alone that make us the strongest. So, wear your battle scars with pride, and know that every challenge you've overcome has shaped the incredible person you are today.

But here's the thing: it's okay to lean on others. It's okay to let them in. And it's absolutely okay to be proud of yourself for the resilience you've shown during those solitary battles. Because every time you chose to rise, every time you chose to face another day, you were forging a strength that's unparalleled.

But let's get real for a second. Yoga is so much more than stretching and holding poses (and it’s actually f***ing hard!).

It's a mind-body practice that focuses on posture, breathing, and flexibility.

And as we age, neglecting these areas can cost us dearly. Guilty 🙋🏻‍♂️

Poor posture can lead to chronic pain and reduced mobility. Shallow breathing affects our stress levels and overall well-being. A lack of flexibility can make everyday activities a challenge.

Your body needs rest, not only to benefit you physically but mentally also.

If you feel tired all the time, muscles ache, you have a few bad workouts in a row, you aren't getting stronger, take these as signs to take a break from your workouts.

It's the same with work. Research shows that people who take holidays or a few days off, not only benefit from reduced stress during their time off, but also experience less stress after returning to work.
