An emotional day today.. 😢

Today, we said farewell to Jenny, our Care Manager, taking early retirement (lucky devil !).

What an absolute legend..

Not only has she been the most fantastic Care Manager for Bertie and Bells for the last 6 years, but I also worked with Jenny for 6 years prior to that. She's been my right hand woman, my work wife, my friend, my surrogate Mum.

I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her for the last 12 of her 40 (ish) years in care. Her dedication and exceptional knowledge have been inspiring.

Jenny, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, the Team's heart and our Clients' hearts. Enjoy your cruise, and your retirement ❤️
