Due to one of our lovely office team members progressing within the business, we now have a Care Training Practitioner vacancy available.
This is an office based role and a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Please see below a summary of the job role -
To provide support to our customers and carers within the community with their requirements. Drafting new medication administration records, checking completed ones, providing guidance to carers and customers, auditing Medication Administration Charts, checking daily logs and assisting with their safe conveyance to the designated Archiving Centre - all whilst always ensuring that we are providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Completing direct observations for your carer teams within the set time period, along with taking responsibility for training and mentoring new candidates. The role involves delivery of induction, refresher and ongoing training to groups and individuals in Helping Hands branches across a designated area and providing support to new carers until successful completion of their induction and the Care Certificate.
Reassessing customers to ensure care plans are reflective of customer’s needs and condition and assessing new business opportunities and converting them to customers.

We offer flexible hours from morning till night and also waking night shifts.
