Egypt is a soul calling, a frequency, an ancient memory to return to. It is with my immense gratitude to these lands that I am able to share this retreat with all those who feel the pull. Both divine feminine and masculine, the path is for all.

On September 7th, 2026, we will begin the Golden Path in Luxor, my second home, the place where my heart feels most alive. We will board our own private Dahabiya, and you will have the option to have your own beautiful private room, all with en-suite facilities, as you spend your days sailing the Nile. We will spend time in Luxor, Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings with our own private Egyptian team and myself guiding you through the ancient temples, meditations, sound healing, and immersing ourselves in the teachings of the masters. We will continue our journey down the Nile to Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and arrive in Aswan for our journey with Isis to Philae Temple, where we will disembark and spend two nights in our stunning Nilefront accommodation.

There is an option to extend your trip to Cairo at the end of this journey should you wish.

Temple Activations of Remembrance … the temples of the world and other planetary systems are so much more than physical places of stone .. they are crystalline structures of frequency .. to truly see and understand them is to feel into the realms external from what your physical eyes can see for that is just a small part…. Many of these temples are doorways, cosmic portals, points of deep remembrance … time does not run linear in these vast cosmic spaces nor will any two people receive the same experience when they connect to these sacred places .. Each individual’s experience within these temples is influenced by their unique vibration, past experiences, and spiritual evolution. As one steps into a temple, it is as if they are stepping into a sacred portal that resonates with their own soul’s journey. The energy within these crystalline structures can awaken dormant memories, heal past wounds, and ignite a deeper understanding of one’s purpose in the cosmos.

The architecture of these temples is not merely a reflection of the physical world but a manifestation of higher consciousness. The intricate designs, the alignment with celestial bodies, and the sacred geometry all serve to amplify the frequencies within. Each corner and archway vibrates with the energies of ancient wisdom, calling forth those who seek to remember their origins and their interconnectedness with all that is.
In this way, the temples of the world and beyond serve not only as places of remembrance but as catalysts for transformation and unity. They beckon us to return, time and again, to reconnect with the divine threads that weave through the fabric of our existence, inviting us to remember who we truly are…. Every temple I choose for all of my retreats is with divine purpose and with the guidance of the masters it is my greatest purpose in this life to walk beside those who feel the call to return to these places of unity and connection ..

So sorry for the lack of replies and responses It’s been a really rough 5 days I became really sick on my flight out to Egypt, had so much planned for this trip but the universe had other ideas and have been thrown into days of fever and flu, full surrender and just allowing body to recover in total darkness.. today I asked my beloved to take me to the Nile so I could ground and paddle and this beautiful gentle creature came and nuzzled into me.. a beautiful moment such pure hearts animals have ❤️… Savouring every breath and moment of golden light as my body slow recovers

My intention is that everyone feels seen, held supported and as you step back into your everyday life, you take a deep breath, knowing that you have the power to create your own sanctuary of love and support wherever you go. You feel a deep sense of inner strength and connection as the magic of these sessions lives on within you, guiding you towards your highest self with every step you take. ✨

“Sound & Frequency healing the gateway to the cosmos”

Many of you have asked me recently what drew me to sound healing, and the answer is an intuitive one I had this strong sense from my higher self that my work would be changing and that something to do with frequencies would be entering my life little did I know it would take me on such a powerful journey not only for myself but for all of those who would sit in circle or sessions with me in the future.
It surprises people to know I had had never received a sound healing or Sound Bath journey prior to my own training, but I knew in my heart this was going to be powerful awakening .. and there it was a few days later online I spotted an advert for a sound healing training.
It was being run in London two weeks later I was sat on that course. I sat with my incredible teachers who are just the most precious souls .. knowing I would have to trust what my higher self was telling me to do, my intuition exploded on a whole new level, I could sense and feel the frequencies needed for the group or one-to-one sessions in front of me, the guides would show me blockages in the body blockages in the emotions, dna activations that could be unlocked with frequency … they showed me the future of our healing would be to return back to these powerful frequencies and technologies that the ancients used and understood… i am forever grateful for the training I received … .. now when I play my bowls or gongs or use my tuning forks I am intuitively reading the body the signals in the room , I trust my hands and body will play exactly what is needed as I watch the energies dancing around the room.. unlocking, restoring and healing the body mind and spirit.. no 2 sessions are ever the same.
Since 2019, my sound has taken me over the world and taken thousands of people on journeys of healing, remembrance, initiations & deep connection…. It is something I feel deeply in my heart and soul ❤️❤️
It’s so much more that meets the eye it’s an intuitive journey that has to be felt and embodied ….
