👉Join our 4 week prenatal courses starting 29th July and 9th September
⭐️ This 4 week course if designed to guide you and support you through each stage of pregnancy. Each week we come together in a calm, welcoming space to move, breathe and take some time for ourselves.
⭐️ These classes are an opportunity to connect with other mums-to-be, creating a sense of community through shared experience as you journery through pregnancy together.

👶Baby and Me Post Natal Yoga
👉Join our 4 week course starting 9th September
⭐️ This 4-week journey offers the chance to rebuild strength, restore energy, and ease back into movement after birth. We'll explore soft, nourishing yoga flows to aid postpartum recovery, support your pelvic floor, and invite a sense of calm into both body and mind.
⭐️These sessions are as much about connection as they are about movement—connection with your body, your baby, and with a lovely community of other new mums
