Thanks to everyone who joined Leigh and myself at our Open Day at Churchill Square last week.

It was great to see some familiar faces and welcome some new visitors to the clinic. We also took the opportunity to give you a sneak peek into your ears, which saw some mixed reactions!

Ear wax is a common sight and is naturally produced by glands in the ear canal to protect, clean, and lubricate our ears. When too much earwax accumulates or becomes impacted, it can muffle sound and even block the ear canal, leading to temporary hearing loss.

To prevent infection and injury, keep your outer ears clean with soap and water, but never put anything in your ear canal. If you are having problems hearing or think you have a build-up of ear wax, you can book an appointment with us and we can take a look and discuss the best treatment to suit you.
