If you can't make it here is my favourite stretch at the moment. Great for releasing tension in the neck and shoulder region.

Hello, I am Suzanne and I teach the Clinical Pilates. I am also a senior GOSC registered Osteopath who specialises in treating musculoskeltal problems. I hold a level 3 Diploma in mat based Pilates.

I have a wealth of experience in treating a variety of conditions and use my in depth knowledge to modify the Pilates exercises to suit your individual needs.

I can help you get the most out of your Pilates Class, challenging you in a safe and effective way.

We are becoming more sedentary as a society and falling prey to postural issues such as lower back pain, knee pain, headaches and neck pain to name a few. Pilates can really help get us moving, improve our posture and make us stronger, more flexible and more mobile.
