💙 November is Men’s Health Month 💙

Meet Errol McKellar MBE — a mechanic, football coach, and prostate cancer survivor who turned his personal journey into a mission to save lives.
After a routine PSA test revealed aggressive prostate cancer, Errol made it his goal to help other men get checked early — especially those from Black African and Caribbean communities who are 1 in 4 times more likely to develop the disease.

Through The Errol McKellar Foundation and his powerful “MOT Yourself” campaign, he’s taken the message into garages, football clubs, churches and communities across the UK: “If you look after your car, why not look after yourself?”

This Men’s Health Month, let’s follow Errol’s lead.

We are proud to celebrate two years of partnership with the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Over the past two years, our collaboration has continued to raise awareness, break down stigma around lung cancer, and support those affected in finding travel insurance that meets their individual needs.

This milestone reflects not only the progress we’ve made together but also our ongoing commitment to making a difference. We are honoured to stand alongside a charity as dedicated as Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, and we look forward to building on this partnership for many more years to come.

Did you know? Not only women are diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

Every year, around 400 men in the UK are diagnoses with primary breast cancer.

It is rare, but it is real.

Symptoms to look out for include:
- A lump in the chest area.
- Changes to the skin or ni**le.
- Unexplained swelling.

Checking is always important - whatever your gender.
