Our Story

I have over 17 years of experience in Sports Massage, having qualified in 2002 with Credit in the Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage, from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). This is the highest level achievable for a massage therapist.

My enthusiasm for Sports Massage has come from a life-long passion for sport and athletics; from Horse Riding since the age of 4, culminating in teaching at an American summer camp, middle distance running and skiing (which led to two ski seasons in France). I've been practising Pilates for over 20 years and recently CrossFit which I have fallen in love with.

I have worked in various spas, such as The Sanctuary in Covent Garden and Space NK in Knightsbridge, as well as Chiropractic and Osteopathy clinics to improve and widen my knowledge and techniques. I also had a clinic in Chiswick for many years.

I am currently work from my clinic in Kings Hill and will soon be at Beautiques Beauty Salon two days a week in Larkfield.
