🎢 Love to sing? Why not join our Singing for Wellbeing Group! 🎢

Monday 19th January is often called Blue Monday, a time of year when many people feel low after the rush of Christmas and the start of a new year. Singing is known to help lift mood, reduce stress, and bring people together, and you don’t need any experience to take part.

Our Singing for Wellbeing Group is open to everyone and offers a relaxed, friendly space to enjoy music, connect with others, and add something positive to your week.
