A Pause for Alignment

Something’s been shifting… ✨

Since working through my Unstoppable journal and deepening my kinesiology practice, I’ve realised that something within my business needed realignment too.

So — I’m pressing pause. My website will be temporarily offline while I rework everything to reflect the new energy, purpose, and clarity behind Aligned.

Appointments will still be available (just message me directly to book 💬), but my posts will be a little quieter for now as I create something that truly feels in flow.

When I finally book myself in — THIS is what happens 😍
I get to do my favourite treatment for winter 💫
As soon as that sun’s out, I’m gone — so the whole “two weeks out of the sun” thing doesn’t work for me 🌞❌
