Today we had another very special (and very low-to-the-ground) visitor at Viner and Sons — Morris the sausage dog 🐾🤎🐾🤎🐾🤎🐾
In a place that can often feel heavy, Morris arrived with his wagging tail, curious nose, and absolutely no awareness of personal space… and somehow managed to lift everyone’s spirits in record time. We’re fairly certain he believes he’s in charge now.
From sneaking in extra cuddles to conducting important “sniff inspections” of the office, Morris reminded us all how powerful a little joy (and a lot of sausage-shaped charm) can be.
Safe to say, he’s welcome back anytime — although we may need to start paying him in treats! It was lovely to meet Morris

Guess who padded into visit us today? 🐾
Our furry visitor Slinky trotted in with her human — our wonderful celebrant — to spread a little unexpected joy. With her wagging tail, little pink bow 🎀 and charming grin, she reminded us that even in serious settings, there’s room for warmth, laughter, and a few tummy tickles.
Because sometimes, the best therapy comes with four paws and a wiggly walk 💕🐾💕🐾💕🐾💕🐾

🌷Today on International Women’s Day we pause to recognise the incredible women who help shape the funeral profession. From funeral directors and arrangers to embalmers, administrators and grief support specialists, women play an essential role in guiding families through some of life’s most difficult moments with compassion, professionalism and care.

The funeral profession has evolved greatly over the years, and today women make up a growing and influential part of our industry. Their empathy, dedication and strength help ensure that every family we serve receives the support, dignity and understanding they deserve.

At Viner & Sons we are proud to work alongside and learn from talented women who contribute so much to the care of our community. On this International Women’s Day, we thank and celebrate all the women in funeral service - past, present and future - who continue to make such a meaningful difference.
