Buddha Buddies Buddha Buddies offers fun and dynamic baby classes, focusing on the development of your baby using massage, yoga and mindfulness.

Classes based in Kings Hill, West Malling and also available as an online course. Buddha Buddies provide yoga classes for children from birth right through to primary school age. We believe that the principles of yoga are an amazingly fun way to bring both physical and emotional activity and development to children. Through a combination of structured and themed classes Buddha Buddies allow children to enjoy being active but in an educational way. Most of our classes our themed creating a fun and dynamic lesson which provide both the parent and child with many benefits. The benefits of children's yoga include discipline, increased confidence, balance & co ordination, better communication, fitness, concentration and many more educational AND lifestyle issues. How can you help your baby suffering from constipation?

Massage can really help. We use specific techniques to gently ease the tummy area. Also look at:

Hydration - a key one for babies, make sure they are having enough fluids
Is it the formula you are using?
Is there something in your diet, if you are breastfeeding.

All can be a factor. If in doubt always seek medical advise, but also ask other mums, they often have some real gems
