I’ll let Anja introduce herself:

Hi, I’m Anja, I graduated from the University college of osteopathy with a masters degree in Osteopathy this summer.
During my course ive had two children and discovered a passion for pregnancy and infant care.
I focused my final year subject on the effectiveness of intervention in expecting mothers with lower back pain. I spend my spare time to explore and study a variety of subjects that I can utilise within my practice.

My approach to osteopathy focuses on a combination of osteopathic techniques including hands on treatment, exercises, advice and support to provide individually tailored treatment plans suited to achieve my patients needs and goals.

top tips to stop injury when working from home:
1. Ensure your eyes are in the line with the top of the screen
2. Keep your knees at 90 degrees and feet flat on the floor
3. Ensure your elbows and wrist are at 90 degrees
4. Add support into the lower back 🙌

TEMPORARY CLOSURE NOTICE

Following the advice released by the Government on March 20th 2020 it is with a heavy heart that I have decided to temporarily close Natural Osteopathy.

This was not an easy decision to make, however, ultimately I want to have a clear conscious and know that I became part of the solution and not part of the problem. Thank you for your understanding at this difficult and unprecedented time.

I am still at the end of the phone/email/text if you have any concerns or need any help during this period. In the meantime please stay safe, take care and I hope to see you again very soon.
