Chemical stress: they say the human body doesn’t come with a manual. I wonder if we had the manual programmed innately and now we’ve lost it? It’s impossible to live like primitive times and some would argue our food has the highest nutritional value than ever. Some argue the opposite. I say just do the best you can. Eat fresh, eat fibrous, eat colours, eat protein, eat mindfully. Bless your food… it’s a miracle, just like you are!
